Building a brand to help a Clinical Engineering leader expand its reach

The client: Tech Knowledge Associates, or TKA, partners with hospitals and health systems to keep their care-critical equipment maintained, cleaned, and ready for use. A high service level coupled with deep industry experience made for a compelling brand promise, but they often found themselves competing with much larger players, and needed to show up in a way that emphasized their strengths while making them feel like one of the big guys.

The ask: TKA had a problem: they were getting meetings with big customers, but finding that their presentation materials didn’t have the polish, consistency, or conciseness needed to be competitive with their larger competitors.

As we dug into the challenge, we found TKA had brand issues across the board and refining their existing brand into a consistent and polished experience would provide a ton of value across the board.

The approach: Because the deck update was the most pressing need, we used that as the foundation upon which all the the other touchpoints would be built. We brought the web, social, and sales enablement touchpoints into lockstep with the presentation materials, ensuring anyone encountering the TKA brand would have a consistent experience.
